So I’m going to give you five quick exercises you can do.

One of the things that a lot of people say when they’ve been through a difficult relationship and a breakup and they want to get their ex back is that they really lost touch with who they are. And this actually makes it impossible to discern how to get your ex back.
Maybe you started to neglect your passions, neglect your hobbies maybe you focused too much on the relationship and maybe just simply lost touch with yourself as a person.
The first exercise is your guiding principles for internal harmony, so I want you to write about what is really important to you. Clarify how to get your ex back by discovering what you really want is.
What are the values?
What are the principles?
And what other things that you need to be clear on if you’re going to be happy.
So what do you stand for?
And who are you as a person?
Maybe it’s being treated with respect, perhaps it’s spending time in your dreams every day but I want you to write down some of your guiding principles for you to have internal harmony.
To grasp how to get your ex back is to get back in touch with yourself.
For you to be happy because during a break up and these difficult situations sometimes you can lose touch with the things that art important for you to be happy. To be aware of how to get your ex back you’ve got to get back to basics.
So write down all those internal principles that are important for you to experience, peace internally cause right now I’m guessing you’re probably experiencing some internal conflicts.
The second exercise to what are your passions?
I want you to write down all the passions you have as many as you can.
If you’re finding this very difficult then this is an exercise you definitely need to do.
So I want you to write down all the things you enjoy, make you excited, that the time passes easy, you can have fun doing or anything that just brings a smile to your face. To fathom how to get your ex back you really do need to reinvent yourself and when you see them you are overflowing with positive emotions.
I want you to write down as many of these as you possibly can.
The third exercise is about what you like about yourself so I want you to write down now everything that’s good about you. Recognize how to get your ex back by experiencing more positive emotions and becoming more attractive.
Everything you like about yourself, or your strengths or your abilities or your good qualities.
Everything that’s attractive and great about you as a person.
So write as many as you can, spend at least half an hour on this exercise this is going to help you appreciate yourself more and feel grateful about who you are as a person. You’ll believe how to get your ex back is simply an exercise in feeling good. You want them to be jealous with how happy you are.
Next I want you to write down everything that’s important to you.
So this might be everything you want to do in the next year and I want you to shift your focus outside just your relationship.
Sometimes when you want to get your ex back all you can think about is that and you start to neglect other important areas of your life.
So I want you to write down what’s important to you and what you want to do in the next year, what things you want to have, what adventure you want to go on.
I want you to write down as many things outside of your ex as possible because sometimes getting your ex back is more of a side-effect of you being a certain person and you having a certain life. To learn how to get your ex back you really do need to surprise them with how well you have done.
Sometimes focusing purely on your ex cannot have the result you want, so I want you to write down everything that’s important to you and also all the stuff you want to do during the next year outside the stuff you want to do in relation to your ex-girlfriend. Thinking small is not how to get your ex back.
It’s time for you to get some new goals, challenges and maybe even add a few things to your bucket list.
The fifth thing what decisions are you going to make.
So I want you to write down right now some decisions you’re going to make, maybe you’re going to quit smoking, lose weight, change jobs but I want you to write down a list of decisions and next to each decision I want you to write down the benefits of making that decision so next to each decision write at least ten benefits.
